Main Description

The main objective of this task is to monitor the progress of Knowledge Exchange by analyzing  the Knowledge Exchange Report published and to take corrective actions for the gaps identified.

The Knowledge Exchange Lead must track and analyze the actual performance of the Knowledge Exchange activities in accordance with the Knowledge Exchange Plan.

As a part of monitoring, the Knowledge Exchange Lead must:

  • Monitor the progress of Knowledge Acquisition Plans (either by service or person)
  • Adjust the estimated target coverage with respect to availability of staff and schedules
  • Update the individual Knowledge Acquisition Plans with Knowledge Exchange Plan adjustments
  • Analyze progress of Knowledge Exchange and document gaps.

The identified gaps along with the proposed corrective actions must be shared with the Delivery Manager and Engagement Manager (Transition) for their inputs. Once finalized, the corrective actions must be tracked to closure and all stakeholders must be informed on the progress. It is recommended to have a mechanism to evaluate the effectiveness of the corrective actions.

Typically, any additional support required to successfully accomplish the Knowledge Exchange must be highlighted.
